57 Sauce Sirloin Burgers
- 2 lb. lean ground sirloin beef
- 1/2 cup Heinz 57® Sauce
- 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 6 hamburger buns
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, 57 Sauce and bread crumbs. Form into 6 patties and season with salt & pepper if desired.
- Grill burgers over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness, basting with additional 57 Sauce. Serve on hamburger buns topped with lettuce and tomato.

- Cook Time: 8 minutes
TIP: To prepare patties ahead of time, follow Step #1. Stack patties, placing a piece of wax paper between each one, and place in a resealable freezer bag. Store in freezer until ready to grill. If grilling frozen patties, increase grilling time to 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
