57 Sauce & Green Onion Dip
- 1 tbsp. Heinz 57® Sauce
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- In a medium bowl, blend together 57 Sauce, cream cheese and milk until well mixed, using additional milk if needed for desired consistency.
- Stir in green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, pretzels and chips.
- Makes: A0bout 2½ cups
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
TIP: Can be made a day ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
VARIATION: Use low-fat cream cheese and low-fat milk.
