57 Sauce & Green Onion Dip

  • 1 tbsp. Heinz 57® Sauce
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  1. In a medium bowl, blend together 57 Sauce, cream cheese and milk until well mixed, using additional milk if needed for desired consistency.
  2. Stir in green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, pretzels and chips.
  • Makes: A0bout 2½ cups
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

TIP: Can be made a day ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

VARIATION: Use low-fat cream cheese and low-fat milk.
