57 Sauce Slow Cooker Short Ribs
- 1/2 cup Heinz 57® Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry or cooking wine
- 3 lb. beef short ribs
- In 4 to 5 quart slow cooker, mix together 1 cup of water with 57 Sauce, Worcestershire sauce and wine. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Add ribs, turning until well coated. Cover and cook on low heat setting for about 8 hours, turning occasionally.

VARIATION: Add 1 cup of chopped onion.
VARIATION: Cook on high heat setting for about 4 hours, turning occasionally.
