57 & Worcestershire Steak Sauce
- 1 bottle (10 oz) Heinz 57 Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 57 Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Reserve a portion of sauce mixture for dipping sauce.
- Grill or broil steaks or chicken, brushing both sides liberally with sauce mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
- Makes: about 1-⅓ cups
- Prep Time: 2 minutes
TIP: Be sure to shake well before measuring out the Worcestershire Sauce.
